The back lanai accommodates 2 for casual dining and views of ocean, greenbelt and oceanfront path

The living area has a flat-screen TV, double-bed sofa futon. Bedrooms have new queen beds and windows that invite ocean breezes. One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath.


A convenient coin-operated laundry is steps away from the unit. Free parking is in front of the unit. Guest parking is readily available. There are no resort fees.

Beach equipment includes boogie boards, some snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs.

Grocery stores and restaurants are along the walking path. High-end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts.

This unit is located just off the ocean. (100 yards). There is a small two-story resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rentals are available nearby.
Enjoy the privacy of a unit in a a four plex building with private lanais. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Resorts have public access to beach. The paved oceanfront walking path runs in front of complex.

Came to celebrate BIL marriage. Place matched the description! Was super close to the beach and places to shop and eat! Location is great to go to the north and south side of the island easily!!

Great location for shopping and drive to anywhere on the island. Wonderful sunrises in a few minutes away.Be aware of no AC and annoying roasters since windows can’t be closed tight.

Great Appartement

We had a great stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. You even have some ocean views from the balcony. The location is good for exploring Kauai. There are shopping facilities nearby. We even saw a large seal on the beach nearby on our first night. Mahalo and see you next time!

Great condo for a beach stay in Kauai! Kapaa ended up perfect for us as it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do, and the condo was in a great location just a short walk to the beach. A22 is a great place!

There was a bit of confusion about in app check in directions, but was figured out quickly. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. Being from Ohio, and it was winter, I usually have problems without AC in warmer temps. The breezes thru the windows was perfect to keep the place cool and comfortable. The provided fans did the trick without needing the "ice" features. Clean, well equipped. Very homey. The only down side was the tub in the bathroom drains very slowly leaving you ankle deep in water. I would recommend this stay for anyone, and would happily stay there again.

Weekend on kauai

We had a great long weekend staying at this unit. In a great location. A short walk to the beach via great paved walking/bike trail. Walking distance to Kenji a yummy burger stop. Always a spot to park our rental car in front of the bldg. Decent little kitchen for our morning coffee and breakfast.

Easy breezy beach vacay

Loved our time at this property. I stayed with my husband and sister. We had plenty of room and privacy. Literally steps away from the beach. Waves and current we're pretty wild, but I could just sit on that beach and stare at the beautiful ocean all day. Location was great, 10-15 minutes from the airport and a very central spot on the island. You could drive to the north or south end within 35 minutes. A couple of delicious restaurants and a Safeway within walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was very convenient. Loved opening the windows and screen doors at night to get the natural cooling effect of the trade winds. 10/10 would recommend a stay at this property.

Good place to stay

Donna’s place is very clean, well maintained and has all the essentials needed for a clean, comfortable stay. You can hear sound of the ocean in one of the bedrooms and the breeze was great. Roosters that are everywhere else on the island are around here too and definitely make themselves known. Kids really enjoyed streaming their favorite videos when it was raining out. That was a nice touch. Location is by the ocean, less than a mile from many good eats. I would certainly consider Donna’s place for our next visit to Kauai. Mahalo!

Would stay again

I will start by saying this was a cute place, a good size for two people and may try to rent again next year. Just a few things that could have been helpful. The shower drain was not covered, which is where I believe the biggest cockroach I have ever seen came from. The paperwork said there would be extra batteries which we didn't find when we had issues with the tv remote. The couch was torn, didn't want to sit on it and have it tear more. The curtains were moldy which caused a lot of allergy issues and a swiffer would be helpful to keep the floors clean during our stay.
