"I wanted to spend some time away to refresh and reconnect with my family. I chose this property to do that...and could not have had a better experience! The house and property were amazing! Clean, beautiful, and peaceful! I was able to bring my dog which was a huge plus for me. Valerie was easy to communicate with for any questions I had. She explained everything I needed to check into the house, and be comfortable for the week (leaving restaurant listings, local hangouts, etc...and apparently she ordered the MOST amazing weather for us as well!).The beach was right down the road and we were able to experience the absolutely MOST beautiful sunsets! It was dog friendly which was a plus!I could not recommend this property enough...if you're looking to rest, relax, and refresh...this is THE place to do that!"

"Harvey was an incredible host - the kind of host depicted on VRBO advertising where you truly feel they are sharing their home with you. This was by far the smoothest check in/out process because of Harvey’s communication. His recommendations for fishing and dining in the area were spot on and made our vacation perfect. If we’re back in East Hampton, I will definitely check to see if Harvey’s home is available!"

"The Cottages in East Hampton was nothing short of extraordinary, and even after returning home, we are still talking about how special the experience was from beginning to end. We have stayed at many vacation properties over the years, but this was one of the rare places that genuinely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we pulled onto the property, we immediately felt a sense of relaxation, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality that is so difficult to find.The cottages themselves are absolutely beautiful. The elevated nautical décor throughout the property creates the perfect East Hampton coastal atmosphere without ever feeling overly themed or staged. It is refined and comfortable all at the same time. You can tell that a tremendous amount of thought went into creating a space that feels like a special vacation home. What a wonderful place to settle in and truly relax after long days exploring East Hampton, kayaking, and hiking. And while the property itself is incredible, the true heart of this experience is John. It is difficult to fully capture how extraordinary he is as a host because he goes so far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. From the moment we arrived, John made us feel genuinely welcomed: He is engaging and incredibly generous with both his time and hospitality. There was never a moment where we felt like just travelers. So, bring your dog, your spirit of adventure and love of nature. This is your East Hampton destination!"

"Best host ever! I highly recommend his place. It’s close to everything and it’s really tailored towards young kids, which would be amazing. We had adult children, but there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. Nick is just the nicest person super responsive. My daughter had forgotten her computer in purse after we had checked out and I notified him. He responded right away said of course come back in and get it and gave us access. Adaptable and responsive to all our questions. I will absolutely return again and I highly recommend the space. Huge, beautiful backyard!"
