"The photos of the property makes it look much more spacious and luxurious than in person. I was expecting a more quaint house not a mobile home. For the price we paid the sheets, pillows and general bedding should be upgraded. The shower didn’t drain so had to call owner to fix twice. Probably good place for a family with children but was not what we expected."

"Best host ever! I highly recommend his place. It’s close to everything and it’s really tailored towards young kids, which would be amazing. We had adult children, but there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. Nick is just the nicest person super responsive. My daughter had forgotten her computer in purse after we had checked out and I notified him. He responded right away said of course come back in and get it and gave us access. Adaptable and responsive to all our questions. I will absolutely return again and I highly recommend the space. Huge, beautiful backyard!"

House as all the amenities you could ask for - coffee maker, TVs, dishwasher, laundry.Huge, fenced great for playing with our dog.Very large pool perfect for swimming and playing, and quite deep towards one end.10 min walk to bayside beach (Maidstone) - our dog loved it there too :) Highly recommended ! "Such a lovely stay! The house and all the amenities are lovely and worked well for hosting our family. The hosts were super attentive and gave us pro tips on all the best farm stands, restaurants, beaches, galleries, hikes, and shopping. The 10 min walk to Louse Point Beach was an absolute treasure. Don’t miss sunsets there. We all took up paddle boarding! We appreciated the close proximity to everything that makes the Hamptons special. We fell in love. Thank you! And see you next summer!"
