The property at a glance was amazing very bright and clean! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was huge!! The pillows were satisfactory and the bed was so so but, that is personal preference. Pool chairs were great, the pool itself had so many bugs I was looking for a net to clean it myself but, not the end of the world. The breakfast buffet was amazing. If we were on a higher floor not facing the parking lot as there was as very loud music from cars nearby but, I am a very sensitive sleeper. Overall, I would stay again:)

Our stay was excellent. We had a great service and free hot breakfast and free parking. The staff was friendly and quick to bring anything needed. I loved the text option that I could communicate our needs and ask any questions I had. They were quick to respond which was very helpful. The location was great too. Lots of restaurants, theatre, and shops nearby as its next to a mall. Easy access to the freeway and away from the congestion you'll see when you visit Waikiki and Honolulu. We'd stay here again.
