A comfortable sofa provides the perfect setting for relaxation. Here, you can unwind in front of a crackling fireplace with a glass of wine. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

From the living area, you have direct access to the kitchen and dining area, which also offers sea views – it doesn't get any closer to the ocean! The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything your culinary heart desires. The open-plan layout allows you to combine cozy get-togethers with preparing delicious meals.

Three bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be darkened with curtains and comfortable box-spring beds promise restful nights. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
