1 bedroom amazing apartment in Olpenitz

Located directly on the harbour promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, this light-flooded holiday apartment welcomes children aged 10 and over. Its floor-to-ceiling windows offer a phenomenal view of the sailing and sports boat harbour, the floating houses and the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Sailing ships can be observed from the entire living/dining area and the balcony as they pass by on their way into the Baltic Sea. The view is of the Schleimünde lighthouse and the idyllic landscape conservation area around it. The harbour promenade is located directly below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room as well as books and board games.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower. The corner location of the apartment also offers the convenience of an outside window in this room with a view over the promenade.



The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed for a restful night's sleep. Early risers can watch the marvellous sunrises through the window.



An additional sleeping area is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.



There is a private car parking space behind the house.



This is a holiday apartment in a corner location on the second floor.



Our favourite spot: Put your feet up on the terrace with a sundowner and watch the harbour cinema. Holiday!

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
