"Premièrement, on a choisi l'hôtel pour la piscine, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau dedans. Ensuite on est arrivé il n'y avait personne de l'agence, on a vue des voisins et on a récupéré le numéro du concierge qui c'est occupé de tout, mais le personnel n'était pas au courant. Ensuite, les chambres étaient ..."
