Great location down the street from the Hotel Grand Pupp. Big clean rooms with all the amenities. Owner came and picked us up at the bus station. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who picked us up (Niki) was fabulous. Communication was quite good. The laundry was not great but it did the trick. The room was not what I had expected with the little window seating area. I appreciated the ride from the train station so much. Thank you.

No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day) We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone).

We had a great stay, the location great as is right across the river with fantastic view and super centric walkable every where. 5 min walk to the Diana funicular and 5min to Mill Colonnade And is in flat location considering that Karlovy Vary is very hilly The apartment is fully renovated with nice interiors, is spacious and fully equipped with Kitchenette and mini fridge. The beds are quite comfortable including the sofa bed There is nice balcony with a table if u want to enjoy a drink with a lovely view. Stayed during a weekday and was super quiet ! The staff and communication was really good specially for parking, as they waited for us at the top of the hill and drove us down to the town directly to the parking right by the river and 150mts away from the apartment (parking 10 euro per day ) The building has an elevator in case u stay at top floor There is only 2 things to consider : - There is no Spa in the building as is not an hotel - as the place is newly renovated the washroom location is weird as just behind the bed therefore is something sleeping and the other goes for a shower u get to hear it right on your ear Overall a Great Stay for a good value !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber, allerdings muss man Shampoo usw, mitbringen. Toilettenpapier und ein Stück Handseife waren allerdings vorhanden. Der Wasserkocher ist etwas zu alt, man muss herausfinden, wie man den Deckel aufmacht. Ein Begrüßungskorb hat auch gefehlt, was man von den anderen Unterkünften kennt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Bad ist toll und modern. Der Balkon ist klein, aber mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Marketa ist sehr gastfreundlich und gibt viele tolle Tipps, wo man essen kann usw. Nicolai ist nett, aber leider nicht zuverlässig. Er kam zu spät um uns abzuholen, danach hat er uns seine Telefonnummer gegeben, damit wir ihn bei Fragen anrufen und wollte uns ein paar Tipps geben, leider ging er nicht ans Telefon danach und hat nie zurückgerufen. Schade, solche unzuverlässige Menschen schaden dem Ruf der Unterkunft im Vergleich zu Marketa. Sie hat die ganze Sache gerettet, was Nicolai versäumt hat. Danke liebe Marketa

Flot nyrenoveret lejlighed lige hvor du h’erne vil

Vi nød en dejlig lejlighed lige der hvor man gerne vil bo - i gågaden. Moderne lejlighed med massere af plads. Alt er nyrenoveret og badeværelset var rigtigt flot. Værten var god til at kommunikere - dog havde de ingen parkeringsplads til rådighed. De henviste til et parkeringshus oppe ad bakken ca. 1 km. væk. Lidt irriterende når vi havde søgt efter hotel/lejlighed med parkering tilgængelig - værnopmærksom på at det hvis du booker. Det står ikke på forsiden af hotels.com at hotellet kun har begrænsede antal pladser.

Above all, the location was very good. The apartment was clean and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was good to travel. The parking lot was about 2 minutes away from the accommodation, but there was no inconvenience with the pickup service. If I visit Karlovy Vary again next time, I want to stay here again.

Super Lage, zentral in Karlsbad. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Sehr gepflegt, großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Bei Fragen immer jemand erreichbar, sehr freundlich. Auf Wunsch wird man zum Parkplatz gefahren und wieder abgeholt - kostenfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nice, clean, comfortable, great communication. I recommend this apartment and definitely going to book it again! P.s. downstairs is good and famous restaurant Švejk. Супер апартаменты, всё чисто и комфортно. Pěkné a čisté apartmány, super komunikace, přímo na hlavní ulici, doporučují a určitě při příští cestě do KV budu rezervovat znova.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Aparment von Bohemia Rhapsody sehr genossen. Wir hatten das Glück, statt des 40qm Apartments das 55qm Apartment zu bekommen, was einfach super toll war. Das Bad ist ein Traum, die Zimmer sehr großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Karlsbad, so daß man zu Fuß überall hinkommt. Marketa hat alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit arrangiert. Zwar gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Apartment (die Innenstadt ist autofrei), aber es wird eine Parkmöglichkeit in einem Parkhaus kostenlos angeboten (ca. 5min zu Fuß entfernt), und ein Hol-und-Bringe-Service bringt zum Hotel und bei der Abreise wieder zum Parkhaus zurück. Alles in allem ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment, das man jedermann nur wärmstens empfehlen kann! Jederzeit wieder :-)

Absolutely lovely!

It was absolutely great. The appartment was modern with nice furniture. Amazing view we had 4th floor balcony appartment. Very convenient location it was lovely stay. Mind that the apartments are not air-conditioned so summertime can get bit hot but thet can supply you with fans. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit hochwertigen Ausstattung und einem exzellenten Handling. Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und regelt alle anfallenden Dinge schnell und ganz unkompliziert. Wer auf hohem Niveau einen Städteaufenthalt verbringen möchte sollte diese Wohnungen wählen.
