Since 2015 there is the apartment Koje 2 (82m ²) in the Kapitänsweg 4. It is a modern ground floor apartment without steps throughout. The apartment has a beautiful terrace and a well-kept garden plot, the parking space right outside the door. The bunk 2 has a very modern equipment for consumer electronics, Internet and family-oriented furnishings with two bedrooms (double beds), bathroom with shower and tub and a fully integrated into the living room kitchen with dishwasher.
