I’m really glad I chose to stay at this hotel. My room was very clean, and the view of the city was incredible. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also really liked the hotel’s location — it’s not far from the train and bus stations, and there’s an ICA just a 3-minute walk away. Overall, I think this is a fantastic hotel for the price!

I received (no contact person on site) was not clear to me about how to use the key box. Incidentally, this could be removed without setting the code, as it would not be adjusted after inserting the key. This means that any unauthorized person could have removed the key without knowing the code. The breakfast, which was subject to an additional charge, was very good and varied.

I was warmly welcomed by staff who helped me find travel amenities and directed me around town. The room was clean and pleasant. The multi-lingual signage was also very helpful.

There is abit of hiccup in the check in as nobody answer the door bell at the gate and it's very windy & cold at that time. Cleanliness and accessibility of the hotel is excellent.

Overall an ok room and a nice spot to visit.

Great shower and comfortable bed. Room was very small. I was able to use laundry machine, but bring your own detergent. I did not receive the SMS text with passcode details to get in as had an eSIM in my phone and I had asked them to email me which they didn’t. But I was able to contact via phone and get in.
