"The room had no windows and the air conditioning didn't work on the first night. They managed to get it fixed on the second night. Location was excellent. Breakfast was quite a good selection. The staff where great. The bathroom needed a good clean."

"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

I asked lots of questions that they had taken away and was grateful for their answers the following day. The service and level of care they provided was really wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and maintained really well, it is a newer property but really does have excellent quality of rooms, food and amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing hotel in Mumbai. "
