"This hotel has few rivals in beauty. Only issue is the food. The restaurants are not so good and ridiculously expensive even by NYC and London standards. The room service options not great. Considering how awesome the hotel is, would expect better food options."

"Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough tables for the number of guests so we were repeatedly given buzzers and asked to wait in the lobby (where there were no seats). Average wait time 10-15 minutes. Annoying. Otherwise a nice hotel. Big swimming pool and excellent gym."

"Relaxing stay with a nice pool. However overall condition and cleanliness at the hotel was not up to the mark. Bathrooms were not kept clean with marbles broken. Shower took time to generate hot water. Food and breakfast quality was good with plenty options for the kids. "
