For the price point hotel was great. Pool area/deck restaurant and breakfast were the highlights. Modern and clean, staff courteous and allowed late checkout considering we also checked in later. Beautiful resort, spacious rooms with a balcony. Pleasant interiors and phenomenal breakfast unmatched to none! The massive pool and manicured surrounding were also fantastic. We enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and night markets. For those looking for busier nightlife Patong is a very quick tuktuk drive away.

Hotel was amazing 2 years ago and remains amazing. The rooms are huge and the sea view beautiful. The pool is one of the biggest in Thailand and is always kept clean. Great team look after you and breakfast has everything you could want. Even room cleaning is efficient and friendly. Great location next to beach and bus stop to Rawai, Airport and Phuket Town. Perfection!

I can’t say enough about this resort, it was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch. The room service was phenomenal. When I asked if someone could come up and run me a bubble bath, they did it with no hesitation or delay. The breakfast experience was just as impressive. There were endless food options and even a full juice bar, something I’d never seen before. And the highlight? Having breakfast served right in the pool. That was a first for me, and it was unforgettable. The entire resort radiated peace and luxury, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. If I had one wish, it would be for a little less rain, only because it limited how much of the resort I could fully enjoy. But that’s nature, not the resort. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Amazing experience, the hotel is sparkly clean, professional staff, a few minutes walk from the Karon beach. The breakfast is incredible, wide variety of food and drinks. In my the Mountain View is preferable than the pool or sea view, quieter and authentic. Our second time in Phuket and definitely will return to this hotel!

Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast options were great but we had to wait up to 30 minutes to be seated when we arrived within the last hour. It was also quite loud and felt very crowded. The sunbed situation at the pool was really disappointing. Not enough sunbeds for amount of people. In addition at least half of them had no cushion and it wasn’t comfortable at all. Rooms were cleaned with a broom but not once mopped in the two weeks we were there.
