"I have stayed at this hotel over ten times, but unfortunately, the service quality has been declining, and the room maintenance and cleanliness are no longer up to standard. Upon arriving at 12:00 PM for check-in, the first thing the receptionist said was to demand an extra charge, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. In the past, the front desk was always flexible and accommodating,however, they are now strictly rigid, which makes guests feel unwelcome. I strongly suggest that the hotel provide better training for the younger staff members on professional communication and guest interaction skills. I am deeply disappointed."

"Slightly outdated hotel decor and access to plugins near beds, but very good water pressure in the showers. Extremely clean property and excellent buffet breakfast. Biggest complaint is that there is no air conditioning and with the changing temperature patterns, a slightly opened window, which is what the rooms allow, make the rooms too warm during the day and into the evening. We should have also had access to the executive lounge with the suite we reserved, but the front desk told me that costs extra now."

"Wow just wow, This hotel is amazing if We can give 10 stars we will. It has everything we need while in this beautiful and magical City of Prague. The Hotel is closed to public transport where Prague has the most efficient public transport system. The Room is big and very comfy, functional nice bathroom and rituals products for shower and lotion, very clean, has a mini fridge. Staff are all friendly and accommodating, welcoming. The breakfast buffet by far is super excellent. The Chief even go above and beyond to provide my Father a veggie meat alternative everyday that we were there, it was already fully prepared for him. The Chief went out his way to ask us if every thing is okay. And he gave us a bento boxes filled with fruits and bottle water on our last to take with us on our trip. This is Czech Hospitality to the highest degree. I hope every hotel is like them. When we are in Prague again without a doubt. We will stay here again. Very Highly Recommended to any one who wants to visit Prague. It is worth every penny. "
