"Liked the location, the staff and getting laundry done. Not so happy with frustratingly slow wifi, unpowered room lighting and despite request no bedside lamps, unable to watch premium channels on TV as smart box cannot physically be powered up, No one to cook breakfast probably due to ramadan starting on my arrival, potential safety hazard with permanently ipen damaged cupboard door in bathroom."
