La Mer Comfort Kalkan

La Mer Comfort is 2 bedroom luxury house with indoor pool, Turkish hammam and sauna for 4 people.
La Mer Comfort is just 6 min. drive to Kalkan Center and 15 min. drive to the one of the most famous beaches of Turkey, Kaputaş Beach.

Comfort - Living Room and Kitchen:

A large and modern living room, kitchen and dining area are 48 m2 in total.

The living room has plenty of seating area and a 50” Smart LED TV, DVD player and music system.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, hood, coffee machine, toaster, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking. The dining table is for four people.

Comfort - Master Bedroom / Honeymoon Room:

The master/honeymoon room is decorated with a honeymoon concept and has a garden view. The room has a large size (180cmx200cm) double bed with mosquito net. It has a double jacuzzi. The bedroom has a 32” LED TV showing local and foreign channels.

The bathroom is in the room and the room size, including the bathroom, is 28m2.

There is an exit to the terrace area, where there is seating and a table. The terrace area has a gas barbecue.


Comfort - 2nd Bedroom:

The 2nd bedroom has two single beds of 100cmx200cm that can be combined. There is a 32” LED TV in the bedroom. The room size is 12m2.

The bathroom is in the room and the room size, including the bathroom, is 20m2. There is a washing machine and iron in the bathroom.

There is an exit to the terrace area, where there is seating and a table. The terrace area has a gas barbecue.


Comfort - Indoor Pool, Spa Area, Winter Garden:

There is a glass-enclosed indoor pool inside the house, which can be made completely sheltered, and a heated pool in the spa area, available only to La Mer Comfort customers. The pool has a special powerful swimming engine for turbo massage and swimming training. Its dimensions are 5mtx3m, depth is 130cm.

The spa area includes a Turkish bath, sauna and shower for 4 people.

Outside of the house, there is a winter garden (IGLO) with a view of Kalkan. It is within easy walking distance from the outside of the house, approximately 35 meters excluding stairs and 50 meters including stairs. It contains 3 single armchairs/rocking chairs and is just a fireplace environment. It is not an area suitable for eating. It is only open to La Mer Comfort customers during the winter months between 1 November and 30 April. In other months, it will be closed to use and cannot be entered. Wood to burn in the fireplace is provided for an extra fee.

In the common area with other houses outside the house, there is a single-hoop basketball court, children's playground, table tennis table and foosball.

• House is air conditioned and the entire flat has underfloor heating
• Underfloor heating and pool heating are turned on between 1 November and 30 April and are included in the price. Turning on pool heating outside these dates is subject to a fee.
• Pets are not accepted
• There is a private parking area
• Honeymoon package and decorations are available upon request.
• A portable baby bed can be brought upon request.
• Wood for the wood fireplace in the winter garden is provided for an extra fee.
• There is a common children's playground with other villas
• 100% cotton bed sheets, bath towels, hand/face towels, pool towels
• Hotel type hair and body shampoo and soap are available
• Each bathroom has a fixed hair dryer.

• Since the entrance to the apartment is via a specific staircase, it may not be suitable for people who may have difficulty climbing stairs.
