Villa Sanann stands on a quiet and peaceful hillside overlooking the village of Kalkan. This villa is the perfect spot for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday with their own pool. Inside, the villa has three bedrooms with beautiful wooden floors, ample wardrobe space and access to balconies. Six sun loungers are provided on the pool terrace for you to soak up the sun, or alternatively there are small chairs and a coffee table and also big comfy chairs to relax and read or have a snooze. On the top balcony there is seating to have your morning coffee or, in the evening, share a bottle of wine and watch the spectacular Kalkan sunset. Only a 10 minute walk down to the village and all the amenities the sophisticated Kalkan offers, particularly in the evening when Kalkan springs to life with dozens of restaurants and shops. Free Wi-Fi. 15 minutes to Kalkan beach and harbour.

The Villa exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It had everything you needed from a practical point of view, being well equipped and a modern kitchen. Rooms were large, all en-suite with ample wardrobe space , effective AC and two with balcony with beautiful views over Kalkan and the bay. Swimming pool was a highlight and the pool area was equipped with 6 comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Pool and outside cleaned daily. Location of Villa was great with a 10 to 15 minute walk down to restaurants and town but closer than that an excellent PİZZA restaurant and the Mediterranean Hotel with an outside bar and restaurant not to be missed. Sandra was an excellent host and we would not hesitate to return.

We had a lovely 11 night stay in this villa.It was like home from home but with a beautiful pool area.The neighbourhood is lovely with friendly residents.It’s a short walk into town so a car is not required.There is a small shop at the end of the road, and a lovely pizzeria down the hill.Would recommend this place and would definitely return,Sandra was a fantastic host, and made our stay care free

Sanann Villa stay

The villa is very clean and well maintained with a nice pool area and great location. The cleaner was lovely and she visited every day to clean the outside area and several times to clean internally. Would definitely recommend! We had a great stay!

Lovely villa close to town.

Great property, a short 10 minute stroll from the town centre. Nice pool and outside area with plenty of sun beds and towels to use. Spacious villa, aircon was a must and worked really well. Recommended.

Overall lovely villa/stay

Villa was lovely and spacious, lovely clean maintained pool & nice welcome pack and a small shop at the bottom of the road within minutes walking distance selling water & fresh bread. Few parts of the villa were a bit tired, lights not working, doors and windows unable to open /shut easily and also found the top bedroom far too hot to use..

Lovely villa in a quiet area

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this area of kalkan. Villa was spotless when we arrived and the outside area was cleaned every morning along with the pool. Everything that you need is here and a little shop 1 min walk for fresh bread and essentials. A couple of restaurants close by including the best pizza in kalkan Tesoro which also deliver. It’s is a 15 min walk into the town which has so much choice for eating out you are spoilt for choice. This was our 6th time in Kalkan and would highly recommend this villa as we had wonderful stay.

Lovely Well Equipped Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sanaan. The Villa was clean, spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The villa a is just like the pictures. The outside area and pool area is very pretty and relaxing. Sandra the host was extremely helpful and accessible via WhatsApp to answer any questions. The Villa is in a good location within easy walking distance to the town and harbor. As Kalkan is very hilly we found it best to walk down into town but pick up a very reasonably priced taxi back. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this Villa :)

Blissful!!

Just returned from an absolutely fabulous two week stay at Villa Sanann. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything you could need; the fridge was stocked with some essentials when we first arrived which was a lovely touch. Lots of different areas to relax and soak up the rays or enjoy a chilled glass of something in the evening. Location wise, the area is quiet, but it's a relatively short downhill walk into Kalkan town and the many fabulous restaurants on offer. As other reviewers have mentioned, the trip back is better enjoyed by taxi! We'll definitely be back!!

Great Villa, great stay

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and had a very good time. All the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, the air conditioners and bathrooms work perfectly. The kitchen and living area are absolutely immaculate. The pool was cleaned daily. The road up to the villa from Kalkan is really challenging at 40 degrees but the taxis are specialised for this road. As the surrounding area is made up of very similar villas, it can sometimes get more festive in the evenings, depending on who lives next door - or if the street dogs decide to have some barking challenges throughout the night.The kitchen equipment could be updated, especially if you want to cook something besides breakfast - there is really nothing more to complain about. The contact with the owner was always quick and really pleasant. We had a great time Sandra, thank you very much.

Brilliant villa & pool

We absolutely loved staying in this villa. Highly recommend. Would love to come back for longer! It was so spacious, well equipped, modern, lovely decoration and rooms & bathrooms, and gorgeous pool and multiple outdoor seating areas for eating, relaxing and sunbathing. We loved the little balcony at the top with lovely views playing cards and seeing the sunset. And we appreciated the the smart TV so we could log in to our Netflix / disney accounts etc. Close to Kalkan to walk down, which was a lovely place to potter about, shop and eat in some of the roof top bars. Cheap taxi’s back. Great housekeeper who cleaned the pool everyday and stocked the fridge with some essentials for arrival, which was a lovely touch. Sandra was super helpful before our stay in information and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Great holiday villa

Villa is in a great location. We walked to nearby hotel to get taxis into the old town every night and it was really cheap and easy. The villa itself is lovely, nice and clean with a great pool, which was cleaned every day. Sandra the owner was a pleasure to deal with and even allowed a late check out. Lovely stay

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this Villa. Very clean throughout, each bedroom is en-suite, also toilet on ground floor. Nice pool and sun loungers, shaded seating area to enjoy meals. Beautiful views from rooftop terrace accessed through top bedroom. A lovely lady came in every morning and cleaned the grounds and pool also changed the beds and towels during our stay. Sandra replied to my messages very quickly, also Gareth a friendly neighbour pops in to check everything is okay. It is on a steep hill , we walked in to Kalkan ,always got a taxi back ,still 50TL about £2.50 . We are a group of six friends who holiday together most years .

Perfect

Just got back from another holiday to the beautiful Kalkan, and a wonderful stay in Villa Sanaan. Easy check in which was good at midnight!! The Villa itself was lovely, well furnished and very clean and tidy throughout, it made for a lovely home for 2 weeks. The pool itself was gorgeous & very well used by us all..we had a car so would go and explore a bit..my husband & Daughter went to Saklikent Gorge and really enjoyed it…we went to Patara beach, little bit of advice get there early as it is very popular! There are a few beach clubs dotted around Kalkan, our fave is Indigo, the restaurant serves lovely food! We also went for a little drive to Kas which is lovely, went on a boat trip to the lost city, thoroughly enjoyed that day! And went up in the hills for lunch, a lot cheaper with amazing views! All in all Kalkan didn’t disappoint as usual and we will be back one day and hopefully back to Villa Sanaan. Many thanks to Sandra, Gareth and to the lovely lady who cleaned the pool everyday & cleaned the Villa from top to bottom during our stay!

Sandra, the owner was very helpful . The cleaner was lovely looked after the pool and flowers everyday. Gareth the man nearby was extremely helpful. The property is modern and clean. Good shade outside with great sun beds. The AC excellent. Bed linen a towels top notch. Very steep hill out of the villa. 10.minutes to the centre. Get a taxi back only 50tl. Welcome pack very helpful… perfect thank you 😊

Turkish delight

Excellent property, in superb order and exceptionally clean. The housekeeper (Igna) kept the villa and gardens in good order. The villa is situated in the foothills above Kalkan which does mean a steep walk into the town but don’t let this put you off as this gives fantastic views over the bay. We did attempt to walk back to the villa but only the once!! Taxis are very reasonable and readily available. Brilliant choice of restaurants in the town, catering for all tastes in food. If we were returning to kalkan we would definitely use this villa again.

You will love Kalkan

the house is in kiziltas. easy to reach by car. We received all the necessary documents from Sandra in advance. the pool and the area was cleaned every day. the bathrooms were probably renovated some time ago. they are modern. we had a good time in the house. Unfortunately, 17 days passed quickly.

Enige wat een beetje vervelend was, was dat het verblijf op best een stijle helling zat. Naar het huis lopen is dus wel even een workout, maar als je een auto hebt is t geen probleem. Alle winkels en eetzaken zijn op loopafstand. Zelf zouden we het echt aanraden.
