Villa Icon is a modern, spacious, 4-bedroom villa perfect for a relaxing family escape. Amenities include a heated infinity pool, cinema room, billiard/pool table, Scandinavian sauna, Turkish hammam, jacuzzi, gym, a separate rooftop plunge pool, and expansive roof terrace with comfortable seating and a bar counter to enjoy the incredible sea views.

The villa boasts numerous indoor and outdoor spaces affording stunning views, privacy, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. The villa is located in Kalamar Bay (less than 4 minutes by taxi from Kalkan's old town) and within an easy walk of 3 beach clubs and numerous restaurants.

Guests enjoy the large terrace surrounding the infinity pool (which can be heated in the cooler months), with numerous seating areas as well as a shaded dining terrace with Turkish BBQ and outdoor kitchen. There are 2, spacious sea-facing balconies on the 1st floor. The popular roof terrace offers incredible sea views across Kalamar Bay.

The villa offers 4 master bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private, ensuite bathroom.

It is a flat, 3-4 minute walk to the local Carrefour supermarket, several excellent and well-reviewed restaurants, two bars, and a coffee shop. The amazing MOC coffee shop, a Migros, and a Macro supermarket are located a further 4-5 minute walk.

Kalkan's old town is less than 4 minutes by taxi from the villa. Kalkan offers many excellent and well-renowned Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops, a picturesque harbour, and many outdoor cafes that take advantage of the incredible vistas that the village offers. Watch the sunset from above the harbour or wander through Kalkan’s cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings.

Heated Pool
A $350 per week fee is assessed for guests wishing to heat the infinity pool during cooler months.
