"Since the floors of the hotel are situated on floors 26-30, most rooms have a great view. The theme is 19th century English I believe so it’s quite unique in that manner. I would opt for the breakfast buffet as it’s large and covers both western and Japanese cuisines."

Beds are hard and stiff, so if it’s a dealbreaker for you, I recommend looking somewhere else. Lobby is always busy, as they bring tourists from China everyday by bus "

"I stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Osaka in the past 15 years. The location is excellant. Staff are nice and helpful. Since the renovation this year, the price has been raised by 50% I believe. Cannot afford it and have to look for somewhere more affordable."
