"Hotel is nice and clean. Close to all amenities. Some staffs are friendly and approachable and some of them are rude. I recommend to hotel manger to give refresh training to staff members on customer service Roam is very spacious but bathroom are too small, even one person can hardly stand."

"Perfect location super close to the train station, super Moderna and clean, onsen was amazing…. The only thing that could improve is the Laundry Room, too little and only 3 working washing machines for too many guests…. Other than that it was pretty good!"
