Thanks so much to Olga and all the other staff for making our stay so pleasant! The room was always spotless and we slept like babies. Breakfast had a great amount of variety and the pool was always clean and inviting. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! It was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the pool and the breakfast. Staff (esp the pool bar staff and Olga) were very kind and helpful. This is a place I will recommend to both families and couples. The only thing to take note that one should definitely have a car when visiting Halkidiki.

My parents and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in Greece for two nights, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel was comfortable and well-located. Olga, in particular, made our stay exceptional with her outstanding service. She helped us order breakfast, find great beach spots and nightlife, provided an umbrella for the beach, and quickly resolved an issue when I locked myself out of my room. Her friendly and attentive service truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable visit to Greece!

Best part of Sani Verde is Olga - the property manager. Olga is very obliging and was helpful throughout our stay but the place is on farm land and is far too removed from the nearest village: Nea Fokia. Though secluded and, presumably peaceful, it caters to families so the pool area, as nice as it is, is crowded and noisy. The suites are built with modern quality materials but there are design flaws that make things awkward (plus our shower head wasn’t working). Nevertheless the bed is very comfortable and the room is well equipped. The property is in dire need of a full service restaurant, it’s advertised as “apartments” so it bypasses that requirement but the word “resort” is also used so it confuses things. Mosquitoes are unrelenting so if you want to enjoy the stars at night cover EVERYTHING. The staff is acutely aware of this and will help mitigate the problem with a variety of countermeasures 😏 Cleaning staff is good but the serving staff struggles likely because the snack bar is ill equipped to serve patrons. All in all, good for a stopover if you’re visiting Halkidiki, or you have posh friends staying at their cottage, or the various luxury resorts, along Sani beach, as long as you adjust your expectations.

What a perfect little hidden gem. A very remote little piece of paradise, peace and quiet. Rooms are brand new and spotless. The rooms, public spaces and rooms very well cleaned every day. Olga and the rest of the staff make sure you feel like home away from home. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and you have everything you wish for. Before we came we actually planned to drive around and go to restaurants, do a hike or rent a boat. But once you lay down by the pool, you really don’t feel the need to be anywhere else but at Sani Verde. Thanks for an amazing stay and taking such good care of us. We were able to totally wind down.

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt. Positiv: Wunderschöne Umgebung - die Natur ist wirklich wunderbar. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und haben immer ein en super Geruch. Olga ist wirklich nett und tut alles damit es einem gut geht - Danke dafür Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und bietet mit Liegestühlen und Essecke eine gute Möglichkeit draußen den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Der Pool ist ein Hingucker und bietet viele unterschiedliche Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Allgemein (persönliche Meinung): Eher für Familien als für Paare geeignet, da man doch sehr eng aufeinander sitzt und man die Nachbarn und Kinder hört (wir hatten Glück mit unseren Nachbarn) Frühstück ist ok - keine große Auswahl. Wir haben unser Frühstück im Zimmer eingenommen und mit eigenen Lebensmittel aufgestockt. Die kleine Kochnische ist für minimale Gerichte, wie Omelette oder Nudeln, passend.
