The property was in a good location and the staff was good but the room was horrific. A side from being very small which we could handle the amenities in the room were horrible. No water in the room but the worst thing was that none of the plugs were good... Our chargers wouldn't even stay in the plugs they were so old and no plug in the bathroom made it impossible for me to do anything with my hair at all. Place was old and not looked after. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good and appreciated. Would not recommend this place for more than one night.

Ο κυριος στην υποδοχη χαμογελαστος, εξυπηρετικοτατος ,η περιοχη τελεια(θεα στη λιμνη και στην καστορια).το πρωινο καλο και το αφηνουν για αρκετη ωρα...χρειαζεται σιγουρα μια ανακαινηση το μπανιο...και για μενα ακυρο το οτι δεν εχει καλοριφερ...μονο με κλιματιστικο οταν κανει κρυο δεν ζεσταινεται και το μπανιο...

Ωραίο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο και ζεστό. Η θέα από τα μπροστινά δωμάτια εκπληκτική. Το σαλόνι στο ισόγειο με το τζάκι ήταν όμορφος χώρος για πρωινό αλλα και για το βραδακι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικότατος και φιλόξενος. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο. Ο πάνω όροφος (σοφίτα) θα μπορούσε να ανακαινιστεί.

Ηταν διαμονή μιας μέρας αλλά ευχάριστη. Σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με θέα τι λίμνη της Καστοριάς και μικρή απόσταση απο το κέντρο.

Κλείσαμε μέσω του Hotels.com Standard Τετράκλινο Δωμάτιο με Θέα στη λίμνη ( 1 Queen Κρεβάτι και 2 μονά κρεβάτια για τα παιδια μας 6 και 10 ετών), χωρίς πρωινό γαι 2 βραδια. Προπληρώσαμε το συνολο της κρατησης μας 130 ευρω μέσω του hotels.com. Το θέμα ειναι ότι στο ξενοδοχειο δε μας έδωσαν το τετρακλινο δωμάτιο που ειχαμε προπληρώσει, αλλά τρικλινο με διπλό κρεβατι και καναπε, όπου κοιμήθηκαν μαζί και τα δυο μας παιδιά! Το δωματιο που μας εδωσαν αντιστοιχούσε για 2 βραδια σε 100 ευρω κι οχι σε 130 που ειχαμε ήδη πληρώσει εμείς. Όταν παραπονεθήκαμε στον υπευθυνο μας είπε ότι αυτο το δωματιο δίνει για τετρακλινο -στο hotels.com όμως αυτο το δωματιο χαρακτηρίζεται τρίκλινο πάντως. Δηλαδή αν τα παιδια μας ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερα πώς θα χωρουσαν στον καναπέ που μας έδωσε το ξενοδοχείο?! Επειδη έχουμε ξανακλεισει δωμάτια μέσω του hotels.com και στο εξωτερικό, ποτέ δεν ειχαμε κάποιο τέτοιο θέμα. Επομένως, από αυτο το γεγονός συμεραίνουμε ότι δε θα πρεπει ποτέ να προπληρωνουμε ξενοδοχείο μέσω του site

Γκρουπ που έμεινε το ίδιο βράδυ στο ξενοδοχείο,επέστρεψε αργά (2 η ώρα το πρωί),και έκανε πολλή φασαρία,χωρίς κανείς από το ξενοδοχείο να κάνει καμιά παρατήρηση.

Pleasant stay with very friendly staff

It is a 2-3 star hotel with very nice view of the lake 5 minutes driving distance from the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we paid for was mountain view but they gave us a top floor lake view (not very big but the view was excellent). Breakfast was basic and the same every day the hotel was clean but they had an external elevator that, due to the cold whether, did not work and the staff had to go outside to start it when we wanted to carry our luggage.
