Issue with access to Netflix. View outside of old building. 4th floor. "

The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?).
Room for improvement:
the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar.
Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!)."
