"Absolutely loved this property. I stayed in the repurpose room which is a lovely little self-contained bedroom/livingroom with attached bathroom. It was so cute and has it's only little fenced in space outside. The check-in process was super easy and didn't even require talking to anyone. Though I ran into one staff when I arrived and they were super friendly and helpful and showed me where my room was. Loved the amenities, the room was super cute and the location was really nice and central. Would definitely stay again. The staff even helped me sort out a booking issue I was having with hotels.com and really helped me out! Can't recommend them enough. "

"Spiders were in my shower with webs everywhere. The air conditioning didn’t work well either "

"Breakfast was not great, to say the least. Powdered eggs in premade omelets with American cheese were unappealing. Real scrambled eggs are more appetizing and nutritious. Also the option of instant oatmeal or grits vs a crock of fresh oatmeal left us cold. And the orange juice dispenser was out of order!"

"Hotel was great, good breakfast. Parking situation is aggravating as there is no hotel parking. I can see that in busy times that could be a huge problem. Otherwise everything was good."

"Greg is an excellent and attentive host. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us the grand tour of the apartment and the grounds. We met the koi and the turkeys and enjoyed fresh oranges from the orchard. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bikes were a great bonus - we rode down to the lake and hung out with the alligators and the birds. If we're ever in the Gainesville area again, we'll definitely stay here."
