Very nice hotel, central in Katowice! Everything was almost perfect, the only minus was the parking, but it's not the hotels guilt (building in progress). Staff was very friendly and professional, breakfast was very delicious! Well done, Mariacki! We loved it! Daniel and Alexia

The hotel was even better than expected! Great location, amazing service, very friendly staff. The room we got was spacious and well-equipped, with some commodities that aren't so obvious at this price range (cleaning, water bottles every day, tea/coffee bags, an electric kettle). While the location is unfortunately prone to invite a lot of noise from the outside, the hotel did everything to make our stay comfortable and peaceful by providing blackout curtains and earplugs. Overall, if I ever return to visit Katowice, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.

If you want sleep and rest, search another option. Is like to be inside the disco but in the bed. Pubs close 4:30 am and the music noise is terrible in the room. Si lo que quieres es dormir y descansar busca otra opción. La calle está repleta de garitos y no cierran hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada. La música es como dentro de una discoteca pero en la calle

Second to none

Absolutely wonderful, probably the best hotel in Katowice in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The reception goes out of their way to accommodate every possible request and the housekeeping team leaves the rooms genuinely spotless. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and in Katowice, and this one is definitely the cleanest. It could do with a little revamp of facilities within rooms (updated TVs to include next flux, contactless charging points etc.) but it’s more so a personal preference rather than a major issue. I’ll definitely be back.
