"Location for sight seeing was ideal as it is attached to the train station and only 1/2 bus ride from the airport. The staff were outstanding and professional. Very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean with all amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel "

"This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. From start to end of my short stay, the service of the front desk staff was impeccable (very helpful and friendly), check-in/check-out were a breeze, the room was spotless and large (!!!) (and so was the bathroom), and it is super near the Kurashiki Bikan area. They even have an onsen, but I didn't use it during my trip. Also, the hotel is home to an excellent restaurant Kurashiki Shirakabe with delightful Japanese cuisine. I would give this hotel 10/10!! (I mistakenly scored the breakfast on this review even though I didn't get the breakfast package, but it's also served by the same restaurant mentioned above, so I have no doubt the food would be awesome too!)"

"The location of this hotel couldn’t be more perfect. It is steps from all the shops, cafes, canal, etc in the Bikan historic district. The hotel could use some updating, but was still lovely and comfortable. This part of our stay in Japan was our favorite."
