Daha öncesinde İnternet üzerinden oda satın aldığımız Büpa otele geldiğimizde resepsiyondaki kişi çift kişilik oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen tek kişilik yaptığımızı söyledi, durumun o şekilde olmadığını söylememize rağmen yetkili olduğunu söyleyen birisini çağırdı, gelen kişi de yanlış odayı satın aldığımızı belirterek bizden ek ücret talep etti, sonrasında sistem üzerinden doğru aldığımızı göstermek istediğimizde başka bir bilgisayara bakarak aaa evet arkadaşlar yanlış işlemişler sisteme dedi ve bizden ne bir özür diledi ne bir mahcubiyet hissetti, bu şekilde bir yanlış kabul edilemez. Yazılı bir evrakımız olmasaydı bizden fazla para alacaklardı, kötü niyetli bir davranış olduğunu düşünmekle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir yer kesinlikle, ayrıca bize verilen odada yatak çok küçüktü, hijyen konusunda sıkıntılar vardı, çift kişilik oda olmasına rağmen her üründen yalnızca bir tane konulmuştu, özensiz bir yer ve hizmet kalitesi kötü.

Otoparkta hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık, merkeze de yakındı fiyat performans diyebiliriz. 3 odamız vardı esyaları koymak ve kayak sonrasi yola cikmadan duş alabilmek icin biz bir odamız için geç çıkış almak istedik (16.30) bunun icin neredeyse bir gece konaklama ücreti aldılar (2.000 tl).

Öncelikle otopark sıkıntısı yok. Merkeze de yakın bir otel. Odalar geniş ve temizliği de fena değil. Fakat odalarda misafirlerden de kaynaklı olarak tv sesi çok fazla geliyor. Bu tv sesine kısıtlama gelmesi lazım. Resepsiyonu aradım ilgilendiler ama yine de bu bir eksik. Mutfak kısmı 1. Katta o yüzden 1. Katta Tabak sesi çok oluyor sabahları bunlara dikkat edilmesi lazım. Personel iyi samimi davranıyorlar ilgililer. Kahvaltı da yeterli fakat kuru meyve konusunu biraz daha geliştirmeleri lazım. Sadece üzüm olmamalı. Tabakların yenisi gelince ıslak geliyor tabaklarin kurutulup getirilmesi gerekli.
