"Great location. Close to lifts and restaurants and stores. Parking at front was busy when checking in so we had to leave our car for a few minutes in handicapped parking spot to unload and got a $300 ticket! The room was spacious, had a balcony with an amazing view of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountain."

"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel and staff were truly exceptional, Chris especially made our day with his kindness and attention. We were lucky to have a beautiful mountain view, and our king-size room with a sofa and fireplace made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and both the valet and bellman teams were professional and welcoming, especially Tom. The management clearly runs a great operation, everything felt seamless. The location is perfect as well, with plenty of shops nearby and easy walking access to the gondola. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you !"

"Great location! On one of the ski runs, so easy access to slopes and ski/board rentals onsite. A bit far from the village, however, free transit bus takes you up and down frequently. Only drawback, no food on site."

"Well worth the extra money to stay in the Gold rooms. The breakfast, snacks, and canapés were excellent in the gold lounge, and the level of service first class. Made a lovely therapeutic few day getaway."
