"The hotel has a basketball court available for guests, but the basketballs they provide were all flat, and there was no pump available. We booked an oceanfront room, but more than half of the view outside the window was not actually ocean view. At most, it should be considered a partial ocean view. ..."

"We arrived early and there was no option for early check in. The keyless entry was frustrating and very inconvenient. They provide a 9 digit code you must use to get on an elevator, open doors on the property and enter your room. That’s very inconvenient when traveling with kids and no one can remember ..."
