"Upgrading to a Suite at very little additional expense is well worth it. Daily laundry, club lounge and evening drinks and snacks included with breakfast on the exclusive lounge also included. The additional 30sqM of space in the room made business travel very easy."

"Just a piece for useful advice if you wish to book this hotel. The breakfast area is not within the hotel vicinity. It is located somewhere else and you have to walk. If you decided to come down for breakfast in shorts and hotel slippers, you will be walking by a ton of people. I ended up missing two days of breakfast and buy instant food from the convenience store (family mart) right beside the hotel lobby. I did not manage to locate the breakfast location."

"This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping , the room attendants didn’t clean the rooms properly. The laundry service is also very expensive. I paid 426 MYR for abit of laundry. I used the laundry 24 hour service across the road from the hotel and it was only 60 MYR"
