"We got a standard room (200,000 IDR) instead of the superior room that we had booked (450,000 IDR). The host arrived the following day - he didnt even care to answer the phone. No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room.
