"The house was clean and stocked well with paper products and toiletries. We would stay here again and recommend this rental. The dishwasher went out during our stay but was repaired in less than 24-hours (extremely attentive to needs with an amazing response time... it was not long enough to be a problem). Things I appreciated about the property:* Property Management firm very attentive... our problems were quickly and efficiently resolved... good work!* Clean* Kitchen reasonably supplied* Appliances were good quality, large refrigerator* Proximity to Jackson and to the National Park* View from the patio in our bedroom* Fireplace with ample wood available in the outside storage* Sauna* Abundant linensCheck the cupboards when you arrive. We purchased some items in town that were in the panty (e.g., bear spray... we left another can of bear spray when we left).Great vacation!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this site. It was spacious enough for multiple families and kids. The house was clean and appeared as advertised on the website. It was a very short drive to and from the Jackson Hole Airport and downtown Jackson. The garage was indeed big enough to drive into for easy loading if there was any extreme weather. The host was easy to get in contact with to address concerns and questions. I would highly recommend for those traveling to the Jackson Hole area."

"Great property in very quiet neighborhood. Located short distance between both Jacksonhole and Teton National Park made it easy to visit both places. House is extremely comfortable and well stocked for a family. As soon as we entered the house and walked out onto the back porch we had a moose and her calf in the backyard."

"We loved staying at this home. The host was extremely communicative. We liked how it was not in the immediate downtown area, though plan to rent a car if you stay here. It was quiet and peaceful, and we saw plenty of wildlife (moose, coyotes, birds, etc). It was also very clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful western aesthetic. We highly recommend staying here!!"

"This townhouse was in the perfect location for our trip to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. We had an easy 15 minute drive in either direction. There was plenty of space to spread out between the living room and the outside common area— both perfect for families. The host was responsive and available via text. Great stay!"

"We got a text at the time of check in to let us know the refrigerator was broken and the property mgmt company had provided a mini-fridge for us to use. I called to let them know we were traveling as a family and didn’t think a mini-fridge would be sufficient for 4 people staying a week. They arranged to have a 2nd fridge in the house by the time we arrived which wasn’t ideal but was fine. Other than that, the house was perfect for our trip - location is fantastic!"

"The property is in the best location if you want to hike Grand Teton, which is all we did. 8 minutes to entrance of National Park!And you have 6 minutes from airport but planes are not a bother. The house was a great size. Everything was spotless. Kitchen was well equipped and the windows were just beautiful, Neighborhood very quiet. So nice having w/d and grill. So relaxing each evening, a little too cool to sit outside but beautiful setting. It is a townhome with shard wall but never heard anything from next door. Parking is perfect.I have let VACASA know a few things like instructions said to use spectrum remote, there was not spectrum remote. We called, they had local VACASA respond and we set up time with person because regional VACASA said no employee can come in when guests were out. We set time for 5, stopped our hiking early to return and found note inside saying they don't use Spectrum and told us to use the Samsung remotes. We also didn't stop for firewood when we arrived after grocery store,etc. but thought next day since it says "firewood not provided, guests need to purchase", glad we didn't stop because it is a gas fireplace (which was very pretty after full day hiking) and other things that were minor. Texting did seem to work great sometimes because other times I'd ask a question and they would just refer me to FAQ's or reply with answer not relating to question. Overall though, all of that was minor, loved the property!!"
