"I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and professional. One of the best things was its location — very close to Istanbul Airport, which made my travel so convenient.
The taxi service arranged for me was on time, smooth, and very comfortable. It brought me straight to the hotel without any issues. The price of the hotel was quite reasonable considering the quality of service. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay near the airport.

"The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5."
