Room was nicely furnished and very clean. Staff was super helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast was simple but good. Location is great right downtown in Kennebunkport. Only complaint is the fish smell from the sushi restaurant located downstairs. It was not detectable in our room but very pungent in hallways and lobby.

Staying off season made this an affordable option for an overnight weekend. there are a lot of nearby restaurants, including one in the hotel. The room was extremely clean and heated floors in the bathroom where a luxury! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Courteous staff, immaculate lodging, perfect location! I am a water pressure snob, but the shower was perfect - except for the touchy water temperature - choices are icy or scalding. Better than no hot water at all! Will 100% book again!

This beautiful property sits in the heart of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport. We loved being able to step outside the doors and walk to local shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t beat this hotel for convenience in Kennebunkport! And with hard to find parking in the city, the hotel parking was great! Rooms could use a little work, staff hours could be improved, and the breakfast was good but more drink options would be good as well as a microwave. Nothing so bad that I wouldn’t go back though!

I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.

Clean and quiet. Always love a room with a Keurig Machine. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but Provisions across the street is a must for their breakfast sandwiches.

It shows Breakfast on your site, but what I paid for 4 nights it should have been a hot breakfast. I know space was limited, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Water pressure was not the greatest. Overall it was very nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Very much enjoyed staying at this property. The one thing about this is they don't have front desk staff at night. We checked in after hours, but it was easy enough. Nice rooms, comfy beds, right in the middle of town. Would stay again for sure. Complitmentary breakfast was delicious, just need a microwave. Will be back

Parking was convenient. Hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of things. Room was very nice and staff friendly. As others have mentioned there really is no area to eat breakfast so you can sit in the gallery nearby or take it to your room. Still a very pleasant visit. I recommend the small Irish pub across the street for the live music and the brewery next door which has a small menu but excellent food.

Another tiny room

The location is great. The room was pretty nice. We never saw anyone at the lobby for check in or out. The restaurant downstairs smelled like old fish…… Clean but tiny room.
