Perfect Stay

My fiancée and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this wonderful cabin and had a perfect time. Very cozy space and so close to all the best restaurants Kennebunk has to offer.

This was our second visit and we will be back next year. Its such a charming cottage, that is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, glasses etc. The location on the water and walking distance to downtown is so beautiful and convienant.

Quiet retreat near everything Kennebunk has tonoffer

Pam’s property was perfect for a family of 3. The location was beautiful, the house was clean and the outside deck was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room had high ceilings so it felt open and airy even rainy days. Two minute walk and you were already in town, short walk to the beach. A perfect stay!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The entire process from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Pam, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was in place for our arrival. Charming Cottage in Perfect Location

We absolutely love Pamela’s cottage. This was our third stay! Its nautical decor is charming, it is very comfortable and clean and we love being able to walk to town. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. Would we return? Of course!

Charming cottage in a grat location

We had a wonderful stay at Pam's cottage. The cottage is charming and was very comfortable for me, my husband and my adult son. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and we had very pleasant walks into town for dinners and shopping. Pam was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions and requests. Would love to visit again in the warmer months!

September Retreat

Spent the month of September relaxing at this lovely property. It is charmingly furnished, cozy and warm. The views of the river and tidal basin are stunning. It’s so close to everything yet amazingly quiet and peaceful. Pamela has provided everything you might need and is available for any questions or concerns should you have them.

The sweetest cottage; incredible location

This cottage is on the small side (perfect for 2 people imo) and perfectly appointed. The location cannot be beat. To wake up everyday, with a peek into the harbor, is pure joy. We were lucky to have glorious weather -only one rainy day. It was muggy and warm and the AC works great!! A huge bonus. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal Experience

The home was an absolute gem for my wife, our 2 year old daughter, my mother and I. The home setting on the water, location to downtown Kennebunkport and actual rooms within the home itself were spectacular. Not only were the accommodations the same as represented online, they exceeded out overall expectations and made for a great experience. Considering we also had 3 generations of our family in the group, we can easily say that this place excels no matter what your age. The stay makes us want to come back to Maine as soon as possible!

KBK cottage

This was our second stay at the cottage. Again, location can’t be beat as we could walk to Christmas Prelude events. Being in the wintertime mode it was just as easy to stay in and relax with the gas fireplace and forget we were “missing out”. We loved that there was a decorated Christmas tree. Anything we needed, and other thoughtful items were supplied. We have told other friends about this secret and we are sure they’ll love it as much as we did.

Everything you need, close to town!

Location of this cottage doesn’t get any better. It’s comfortable for a small family. It was about a 5 minute walk into town. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. The property itself feels very private and quiet at night. All rooms have A/C. The ceiling in bathroom is pretty low, especially the shower which can be a problem for tall people. I hate to say anything negative, but the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. Made loud noise every time you rolled over or got out of bed. It sags in the middle and have terrible back ache. Get a new mattress and this property is gold!
