Great location. Close to Kennet Square, great restaurants and top area attractions.

Home provided a wonderful gathering place for friends reunion. Lots of space to spread out and a big kitchen/ living area to gather in. Only caution is lots of stairs, might be a caution for older adults.

House was great for us. it was spacious and clean. little difficulty getting into the house with the app but we texted the owner and she was able to problem solve with us and we were in the house about 5 minutes after we arrived.

Sisters weekend

After having difficulty entering using the Lockly app, we were hit with a very musty smell entering the house. We opened some of the windows in hopes of airing the house out and getting rid of the odor. Unfortunately the odor didnt leave. These 2 factors led to the score of 4 stars. The house was very nice. The ammenities were more than we expected (coffee pods, paper goods, shampoo). The location was good. We were able to walk to many of the venues.

Longwood Gardens & Nemours

This property was well suited to visit both Longwood Gardens & Nemours Estate. Both are very close by and easy to drive too. We also walked downtown to Kennett Square and had dinner one evening.

Real nice, but checkin process a little kludgy

House was great- area was fine, lots to do. But being told to install Lockly to get in only after we arrived was a bit late in the process; but part of that might have had to do with the escaped convict that was on the loose in the area (he was caught a few hours before we arrived).

There is no bathroom on the main floor. One bedroom/bathroom on lower level. Three bedrooms/bathroom on upper level. Only other issue for us was a very musty smell. We had to leave windows up for a couple days. The kitchen and bathroom upgrades were very nice.

The house could certainly use some curb appeal. We had plenty of space in this house, however it could have been a bit cleaner. The couch was extremely dirty. On top and under the pillows. There was a million crumbs under the couch pillows. We tried to clean them but the Vacum didn’t work properly. Drain was also making loud gurgling sounds. The neighbor was a bit annoying. He decided to continuously cut the grass all while seeing us enjoying our coffee outside, he cut the same spot 100 times until we went inside. Overall the house was ok, they provided plenty of clean linens and house instructions were very clear.

House was overwhelmed with the smell of fabreze! Basketball hoop, taped together, fell apart immediately and upset the kids. Beds were uncomfortable. Place was cheaply furnished without any style. Photos were deceptive. We were all disappointed.
