"Safe area. The rooms are pretry run down. Dresser drawers would've stay closed. One shower and we disnt have any more hot water. Toilet ran continuously. Breakfast was below average. King bed was very comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again it just wasn't the best experience. "

"This place was the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. Check in was very easy and the site manager was easy to communicate with (even checked in with us during the snow). Very tastefully decorated, all rooms were as described. Great water pressure. It snowed while we were there and it was shoveled quickly so we wouldn't have to walk through it. Everyone said their respective beds were comfortable too! Wonderful location - close to downtown (walkable distance). "

"We stayed here for the waterpark which was closed during our stay. We asked for our room to be upgraded due to this and we got the exact same room we reserved online. The pull out couch was disgusting, it had stains on the mattress. Expedia stated there was a full breakfast and that was not the case either. The restaurant and breakfast was also closed so all we had for breakfast was coffee and a muffin. The staff were very nice however our stay was disappointing. "

"We arrived for a family funeral on Friday night! We were met by Abbey who was a true gem!! She saw to our every need and made sure we were comfortable!! We were well taken care of! And the room met our expectations! I was sick so I made the best of my stay! We liked that the hotel was surrounded by so many different businesses! Places to shop and eat!! Modern and clean! Thanks for a good; comfortable stay! The breakfast was good! Although I really couldn’t eat it! But the juice came in handy!! TY! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. There weren't enough eggs or sausage put out for breakfast, so we chose to go elsewhere. The property is dated, but it looks like they are making improvements. I would stay again if I'm in town."
