The room was pretty decent. However parking lot was trashed, broken glass, food and platic bottles. The carpet in elevator wasnt vacuumed regularly. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty darn good. Good job there. Overall a 3 for the stay.

We canceled our reservation a week before deadline to cancel without penalty. . Was issued a cancellation number. Still got charged for a night! No one would assist in a refund.

missing the little things

Room was clean & comfortable. But, both of the luggage carts were broken and frustrating to navigate; the TV had no instructions or channel guide; the breakfast was nearly empty at 7 am, and not resupplied for over a half hour.
