Superb stay by the sea!

I loved this beautiful hotel. It is kinda tucked away and idyllic. Very comfortable and quiet rooms; lovely pool; great drinks including the mocktails and home made jam in the delicious breakfast! Couldn’t ask for more! I’d definitely recommend!

The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Bungalows interspaced in a garden of green; beautiful pool; delicious breakfast and menu was first class for a lodge of this size. Staff was helpful; curtious and always had a smile. Highly recommend.

Un joli havre de paix

Excellent accueil de la part d'Alexia ( qui s'occupe de l'établissement) et qui nous a délivré beaucoup de conseils sur les choses à voir, où manger... Alexia n'a pas hésité à nous préparer un excellent dîner qui nous attendait à notre arrivée tardive. L'établissement est très charmant, très bien entretenu et tenu, piscine et jacuzzi très agréables.

On a eu vraiment un Superbe accueil, très chaleureux et plein de bons conseils. Chambre très spacieuse et très confort. La piscine et le cadre sont vraiment sympas. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon (peut être le meilleur qu'on ait eu au Cambodge). Je recommande vivement !

Fabulous place!! Really clean, good selection at breakfast and amazing staff that are knowledgeable and helpful. Pool is great for relaxing after a day out sightseeing

Que du bonheur

Nous étions 5, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et tout était parfait : l'accueil, le sourire du personnel, les chambres confortables, la piscine zen, le cadre, ... le petit-déjeuner (copieux, varié pour tous les goûts), les plats délicieux ! Vraiment un cadre très agréable pour se ressourcer. Il a plu, mais cela ne nous a pas gênés, le bar était là pour que l'on puisse se retrouver tous les 5 ainsi que les petites terrasses devant nos chambres. Quel bonheur. Bref je recommande fortement.

Charming, rustic decor

This is a lovely, peaceful place, close to the sea and close to the jungle. The pool seemed a little murky but otherwise the whole experience is delightful. The room was clean, the service was friendly, and the amenities very nice.

Nice Staff and friendly. Room has old fashioned but awesome style! AC didn't smell good. Hose in the shower was too short - had to hold it during showering. Staff&owners gave me super good tips,bike for free. This is a super nice spot to relax and have time for rest. Sandwich was 5$, too much for my taste. But I think the French cuisine is quite good. Welcome drink included - awesome. Breakfast was a little too small for me.

Friendly lodge accommodation in pleasant setting

Karine and Christophe run a delightful lodge on the very edge of Kep National Park with access to kilometres of jungle hiking. Free shopper type bikes are available for guest use and were great for exploring the overgrown remains of the old French colonial sector of the town. Staff were very helpful and were able to coordinate tuk-tuk tours of the local caves, salt flats and pepper farms; and travel with Mosa - an excellent English speaking guide.

Rude owners and management

From the moment we said hello to the owner at reception, it was clear that she did not want our family to stay at the hotel. She barely greeted us, told us that we had booked the wrong date, wrong number of people and still needed to pay. I showed her the paid booking from Expedia with the correct information, but she refused to look at it. I suggested calling Expedia to sort this out, but she refused and told me that we should stay somewhere else. Finally, her husband looked at the printed booking and gave us our room. But, they never apologized or spoke to us during our visit. Their manner was so rude that we could not enjoy our stay in Kep
