"Great location. Easy walk from the train station and close to the Bus stop for the airport. Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Made use of the Traditional Finnish Sauna. Didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant so cannot comment on those."

"Lapland hotel Oulu is ok but it’s a little too formal and music is very monotonous. The hotels restaurant is very expensive and dishes tiny. "

"The breakfast was great, lots of choice, a gluten free area and all food labelled well. The room was clean. It's in a great location. We didn't get the Queen bed we were expecting and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower was amazing though. Bed was comfy with decent pillows. We did struggle with the air con, very dry and luckily we had a balcony so could leave the door slightly open which helped a lot. The hotel staff were lovely, the hotel was absolutely fine. "

"The negatives: 1) Don’t like the way to pay with other payment platform. Extra step caused troubles. 2) direction to the property should be to the actual address, instead of the key box address. 3)Wirrless internet is so weak that I can’t have my work done. Router is there but there is no admin password. 4) don’t like the way to ask extra for dish cleaning. "
