  • Look no further - We are the favorite choice in the heart of downtown Ketchikan! Nestled between upper & lower homes in our iconic downtown historic property, this 1000 sq ft living space promises a blend of comfort & home base for your adventure.

    Embrace the vibrant atmosphere of our neighborhood, where the pulse of local life beats with live music on weekends & most nights in the summer, the buzz of float planes overhead, & the majestic presence of breaching whales. Here, you'll experience the true essence of coastal living, with the occasional footsteps from those above serving as a gentle reminder to enjoy yourself, but not "too much" after 10pm.

    We do not permit parties or unregistered guests.

    Looking for more or less space? Inquire about our additional 1 or 3-bedroom rentals, perfect for accommodating larger groups.
