    Welcome to Our Home Away from home. Our condo is located in the LaBrisa complex which is a GATED COMMUNITY across from Smather's Beach.
    ALL PHOTOS ARE CURRENT AND ACCURATELY DEPICT OUR SPOTLESS HOME.
    RENTAL CALENDAR SHOWS NIGHTLY RATES- discount given for 7 or more nights.

    Our tropical oasis is waiting for you to kick back and enjoy. Perfect for large families (the master bedroom has 2 full sized beds (that could accommodate 4 people), second bedroom has a queen sized bed, living room has a sleeper sofa.

    Fully equipped kitchen makes dining out an option rather than a necessity (gas grill
    on site for barbeques). Wi-fi (bring your lap top), 3 flat screen TV's keep you in touch. You don't have to leave the property to enjoy the heated pool, whirlpool spa, sauna, tennis court, lounges and covered patio. Pool and whirlpool are available to guests 24 hours a day, great to take a midnight swim!

    Step across the street and onto famous Smather's Beach (voted #6 of Florida's 10 best beaches by the travel channel)where you can relax in the shade of a palm tree or join in the many activities available. Smather's Beach is the largest in Key West; it boasts chair and raft rentals, food vendors, snorkeling, sailing, parasailing, paddleboarding and kayaking.

The property was exactly what I was looking for. Well furnished with pretty much everything you needed, and then some. There were even products for sunning and insect repellent, which I wish I would have seen prior to the last day. No-see-ums are bad in FL . Nice view from the patio, easy walk to the beach if you wanted to go.

Can clearly see the beach fromOur room! Enjoyed the walk across the street to the ocean every morning! Water was warm!! Sun was Hot! The condo was clean and comfortable! The pool was delightful! Close to Duvall street by car. You gave everything you need in the condo to relax and enjoy!

The elevator was being fixed do we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs but it was worth it for the view from our balcony! We were right across the street from Smathers Beach which is beautiful! The pool area is fabulous! The condo was just like in the pictures. Very comfortable. The host was great. She told us about the elevator but we still wanted to come! I am glad we did ! We totally enjoyed Key West and the condo!

Great family spot across Smathers Beach

Great location. The condo was spacious and had everything we could need and more. Almost brand new beach chairs and only 50 steps to the beach would stay here again.

Nice place for a relaxing beach vacation

Awesome location, great view of the beach from the unit. It was easy to get around the entire island from there. Seemed safe and secure. Great place to walk, run, or enjoy the water and water sports.

Great stay even in bad weather!

Even with the storm, the location and amenities at the condo were great! We were able to get Uber rides easily, got in the pool, went to the beach and enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Just the right size for our group of 4 on a girls’ weekend!!

Perfect size and location for our group

The condo was perfect for our group. The bed set up worked great for us. The condo was clean and comfortable, located in a great spot for all of our activities during our stay. The view of the ocean was great from the balcony. Very happy and would definitely recommend this location!

Great view and fantastic stay

Love this place from the community pool and hot tub, to the fact that it is gated, you will feel very safe. And waking up seeing the postcard view of the beach is priceless. Unit was perfect and didn’t feel small for all 5 adults to feel comfortable. Owner is awesome and was very accommodating.

Best beachfront in Key West

Absolutely loved this place! Owner very good at responding! Location location location! Right on Smathers beach! We went to couple other beaches and weren’t impressed plus we saw none with properties overlooking the ocean like ours! Check in was lil tricky at first but we figured it out! Definitely will stay here again on our next Key West vacay!

Quick family getaway

Good condo for 4 adults needing 3 beds. Pool was spectacular. It was perfectly fine for what we needed. Location was quiet, great view, good beach access. A piece of advice: Must bring bug spray for balcony and outdoors.

Two Old Love Birds

My husband and I visit Key West every year. We don’t go to frequent Duval Street we go for the warmth of the sun, artist fairs, sunsets, our favorite restaurants and our favorite shops. My husband does go fishing with the guys once or twice. But we come back and feel as though we’ve been in paradise. When your husband is a farmer it does really seem like paradise 😂

View are like a postcard

Gotta say this place is actually bigger than you may think. Clean and it fit all five adults comfortably, the pool is nice and is open year round and has a hot tub beside it. They have a closet that has beach supplies and we used the chairs in that to sit at the beach. The owner was very gracious and very nice to work with. We became friends with a few permanent residents and they were so nice to us as well. Slower lifestyle and I like it or you can drive downtown and be in the hustle and bustle but the location is perfect for us.Definitely need to come back!!!!

Stay was great. Weather marvelous. Location and view, exceptional. Place could use some updating. Outreach to owner was less than expected. The day before checkout, I wanted clarity on key drop off and received no response. On day of checkout, I asked again and received no response. When dropping keys at designated area, doors were lockrd and no lockbox. I had to go back to the unit to leave keys, and still nothing from owners. It was disappointing.

The location as great. Quiet and family friendly. We weren’t expecting the sargassum, so we didn’t get to experience the beach, the smell was awful. But, that was nature. The property was great and we really enjoyed the pool!

If you are looking for a property that is very close to Smathers Beach (beautiful beach) then this place is for you! The beach is directly across the street. The balcony view is amazing. We enjoyed a week long vacation with our son and daughter in law. The condo was perfect with 2 bed and 2 bath. We used the kitchen on a daily basis. It had everything we needed.
