Enjoy your island getaway in style with a private deck that overlooks tranquil and lush gardens and a pool with a waterfall feature. This cozy unit offers a kitchenette for easy breezy food prep and can sleep 2 people. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Stretch out in a deck chair with your favorite mystery novel or toss some kabobs on the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enter the inviting studio where you are greeted by Key West inspired decor, separate bedroom and kitchenette areas, flat screen tv and ample space for unpacking your bathing suits and funwear. This well-lit unit encompasses a bedroom with a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HDTV. Wash the day off in your private en suite bathroom with enclosed glass and marble tiled shower, quartz sink counter and large bathroom mirror. Slip outside to your private deck to view our botanical gardens that overlook the pool and stone waterfall.

Wonderful cottage and location

This was a great spot for our 4 nights in Key West and we highly recommend it. Great quiet location that’s an easy 10 minute walk from all the fun spots. Our room was clean, very comfortable bed and the air conditioning was top notch. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

Enjoyable Key West Stay

Had a great time at the Royal Palm! The studio worked well for us. The property is located in historic Key West just a short walk from Duvall. We decided to rent bicycles and literally rode them everywhere on the island. The property was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool areas were relaxing.

The best get away

We loved the privacy and the closeness to all the old town activities. We rented bikes and cruised all over the island. It was a great place to relax in the pool. It is private and clean.

Very Good Location

The complex was very well set up for privacy and access to the pool facilities. Two blocks from the studio is a Free Bus that takes you into Old Town Key West. This was very handy!

Great spot, nice amenities

The room was clean enough, the buildings are so quaint, and the foliage makes it seem very private. The pool towels, the drinkable water that's available by the pool, along with the ice, and the coffee set up in the room were all nice advantages. The manager is very responsive.

Loved our little studio. Only here 4 days and would love to come back. Did the old town trolley with was great. Also a sunset sip and sail, weather wasn’t great, no sunset, but still had lots of fun. Music aboard was wonderful!

Quiet and Perfect

My husband I stayed in the Palm Royal Studio. We’re both light sleepers, so finding a quiet location is always a concern for us. This little studio was perfect. It was so quiet and spotless. It was walking distance to Duvall Street to enjoy the festivities, yet far enough away so there was no partying noise. We highly recommend this VRBO and would stay here again. The check in and out process was seamless and there was excellent communication with the owners. A+++

This place was adorable but not as many restaurants etc nearby. Walls where extremely thin could hear simple conversation from the neighbors. But it was very neat, clean & grounds were very tropical.

Great Location! Clean and Comfortable!

We stayed for 6 nights. The room was impeccable. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. There were a lot of extras (pool towels and bikes) that make the stay so enjoyable. We loved that it was tucked away in a gated area. Very private. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Everything was within walking distance. The pool was beautiful and we loved that they provide ice and filtered water. Since we drove from Ft Lauderdale, we had no problem parking out front of the inn.

Secluded paradise!

Loved this property and will ABSOLUTELY be returning! The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We LOVED having access to the pool after a long day of boating. Ice maker on-site to fill our coolers daily. Parking wasn’t an issue…the only thing I would change is the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, fantastic experience ❤️

Convenient location

It appeared they were going for a cozy patio but mostly it was overgrown. The unit was nice but needs work on the little things. The fan over the bed needs to be cleaned, one of the hooks on the bathroom wall kept falling off. The same with one the arms of the toilet paper holder. There was minimal water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, although the shower wasn’t bad. The location was convenient for us and the check in/out process was easy.

Beautiful studio suite in Key West

Our first trip to the Keys and we loved our room. Perfect for 2 people and we enjoyed the pool area. The location is a short walk to the Duval loop stop #12, and we used that frequently as our only mode of transportation, outside of walking. Managment was great with communication, and allowed us a later checkout due to our later evening flight. Very helpful! We loved this location and would love to stay again, but there was one, and only one, downside. The adjoining Royal Palms studio. It was empty our first night and we were in paradise! The rest of our trip there was a group in the other rental and, unfortunately, it’s like being in the same house. There is no soundproofing at all. This couple yelled and fought multiple times every day, loudly cursing and yelling at each other. Fortunately we were out of our room most of the day, and they did adhere to the requested quiet time of 10pm. But it was terribly intrusive and ruined a good bit of our down time. Understandably the rental agency cannot know who they rent to ahead of time, but maybe putting some soundproofing up along the wall would go a long way! Otherwise, everything was perfect!
