"The room and hotel felt and smelled very clean/nice. Decent breakfast offerings and really nice staff. Good location too. Less than 5 mins to down town and Safeway very close as well. The floor was very squeaky in our room, which made us take awkward paths in order to try not to disturb those below us. We would happily stay here again!"

"The carpet in our room was wet and it made the bedding damp. They did not tell us. We didn’t realize this until we were completely unpacked and took our shoes off so our socks were soaked. There were several thing that were broken in the room too. One of them is closed door. The other was window shutters."

This caused us to have to carry multiple heavy luggage bags up and down to the 6th floor. When I book a hotel, I do not generally assume I would have to do cardio. The staff did not offer any type of comp or discount for the serious inconvenience. Couldn’t imagine having to do that as a senior or person with physical disabilities. The staff attitude towards the situation made...
