This townhome is close to world-class skiing, restaurants, and shopping, with a shuttle service that drops you off right at the heart of River Run Village. A handicap-accessible elevator makes it easy to access all levels of the home. For those traveling with an electric vehicle, a Level II EV charger with a J1772 Tesla adapter is available in the private garage!

With two separate living areas, there is plenty of room for the entire family to hang out and relax. The first living room is open concept with the kitchen and dining area. It features heated floors, ample seating, a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a wall of windows with beautiful mountain views. Just outside the living area is the first private balcony with your very own hot tub for personal use. The game room features cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, a variety of board games, and a queen sleeper sofa. Just off of the game room is a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and all of the tools needed to make a meal away from home! The dining area comfortably seats six, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and its very own private balcony with beautiful mountain views. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle, and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bathrooms are supplied with towels and essentials to make your stay the most comfortable one yet!
