The unit was very nice. Comfortable, and good for the dollars. It is important if you have mobility issues to let them know when accessing the reservations. The front of the building had 3 steep steps ups.

Lots of space and fun for a family

Loved this property! I was a great size, plenty of room for everyone. The loft was essentially another bedroom, very private and large. The commons areas were clean and well maintained. The pool is also very clean and well heated. Had a great time would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Good price, nothing fancy

We have stayed at this property twice because the price is good. However, we had to have something repaired both times we have been there. This time it was the heat. It was fixed quickly and they did give us a space heater.

I stayed here last year and enjoyed working with the rental company so much that I decided to come back even though I had a few cleaning issues last time. This time around things were much better. The main thing is you can definitely sleep here with nice quiet comfy bed and you're walking distance to everything. It's a good company. I'll be back.

Worn property, but close to Shuttle

Check-in was smooth, friendly. Finally located the condo and location was great next to the shuttle to take you to the hill. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired.. orange peels were found not cleaned up, hair in bathroom.. as for place itself.. kitchen drain was clogged so clean up from cooking was a nightmare, bathroom sink drain seal was dripping.. place really needs some love and updating. Beds were okay.

The property is very far from the pictures presented. Only firewood and matches were provided for the fireplace, we bought flammable liquid to start it but it didn’t help. Seems like there are problems with air flow in the chimney. The kitchen is great and you can bring groceries to cook pretty much anything. The bed was actually king, not queen. So description was extremely inaccurate. We also didn’t get any wine :( overall it was an apartment, not condo! Small but somewhat cute. Super warm!

Pretty good for a last minute for our party

It was a pretty good place. Our original place fell thru on Christmas Eve and we were supposed to be flying to CO the next day and this was the only place available for 8 of us. The pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable, the twin mattresses in the loft were springy. The place was clean. The other 2 bedrooms were comfy. We had 2 families of 4, so 2 cars and only one car was allowed to park at the condo, the other car had to be parked 2 miles away. It was hard to get the address down to have groceries delivered. They have a washer and dryer on our floor which was really nice. Hot tub and pool were nice too. It would be nice if there were extra towels in the room for 8 people for a 6 night stay. Overall pretty good!

too dark for old eyes

the location was not ideal for elderly, no elevator had to walk to the very end of the building long ways. there was no lighting in the condo, expected windows and well lit. old eyes cant see, not even a lamp in the sitting area. instructions said to open the flue on the fireplace but didn't tell how to open it. filled the entire place with smoke. by the way the smoke detectors do not work and i saw no co2 detectors. beds were comfortable, well stocked we ended up in the flying dutchman condos.

Nice rooms in an excellent resort

The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay.
