The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. The kids will enjoy the guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. Additionally, you’ll find 2 twin inflatable mattresses, if needed. You’ll appreciate 2 full bathrooms with everything you need provided for your stay.

At the end of the day, step out onto your private balcony to enjoy mountain views and fresh alpine air. Or relax and unwind in the building’s heated pool, hot tub, or sauna- perfect after a long day in the mountains.

Laundry machines are available in the building and there is dedicated parking space available right outside the unit.

You can’t beat the 3-minute walk to lifts at Mountain House-and the fact that you are right next door to Pizza 101 and The Goat. Direct access to Summit County Bike Path and several other trails are close by. As well as the shuttle/bus stop just 50 yards from the building. You’ll be able to access the short drive to Lake Dillon for kayaking, paddle boarding, or scenic picnics in the summer. Or go hang out at River Run Village and explore local shops, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
