Room was clean and full of amenities. Check-in was seamless and staff were very helpful. The location was FABULOUS... 3 minute walk to the gondola!!! Excellent value for the money.

Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy!

To be perfectly honest, the condos were not at the top of mind during our stay and that is how it should be. We had zero problems, everything was clean, everything worked as you would expect. The staff was friendly. The location of the condos couldn't be better. They are very close to the River Run Gondola and, basically, right in the heart of the village.

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I have only 2 comments. First, I slipped and fell in shower tub which used to have non slip stickers for safety. The bedroom casement style windows only open about 3 inches from the middle out so it was very warm. There was a childproof latch which could have been a little longer to let in more airflow since there was no central AC. Everything else was very nice.

It was 5 mins to gondola, clean, safe and close to everything. We were right on the middle of the keystone ski resort village. Extremely nice location if skiing. Only complaint was the bed was extremely hard, and my husband had to sleep on the couch.
