Great condo with fantastic views. Loved accessibility to the river and the bike trail right out back. Well equipped kitchen. Slightly dated but still great.
No A/C, incorrect information. No washer/dryer in unit. Pay washateria on site. Otherwise, great location, close to shopping and restaurants as well as good location for daytrips to multiple destinations. Beds comfortable and unit well equipped.
The property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We went for Christmas week and for the kids to see snow for the first time. The views were stunning and my favorite part was that the kids could just open the back patio door and play in the snow when they wanted. There was even a hill close by we walked to for sledding! The location was perfect, close to everything. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable. Parking was easy and very close to the property. I would definitely stay there again. The kids didn’t want to leave!

Very nice, great location.
The property was great and as advertised.
However the management company who operates the property takes guest services very casually. Self realizing that entry instructions had not been received, I initiated a call to the provided property contact, the managment company, to discuss. They assured me that I should have received and email from them containing entry instructions -I agreed, I should have; however I hadn’t and was the reason for my call. They assured me they would send them out again right away (no emailed instructions were ever received, my email functionality was confirmed however because the bill was received). Having a gut instinct that their organization was loosely ran I asked for and jotted down long hand instructions to retrieve the condo keys. Arriving after a long flight at 3 am, it was discovered that the keys were not where I was promised they’d be, no email was received providing alternate instructions, and the company help line went unanswered for the first 45 min of waiting in the cold attempting to make contact. Once a company representative was reached, her attitude was short and semi annoyed -I could understand, waiting around for promised keys at 3:45am at night in the mountains of Colorado in January has nearly the same effect. After waiting twice as long as told to expect to wait, an employee turned up and went directly inside without so much as an acknowledgment as I stood in the snow.
I stoped into the office the next day to discuss an acknowledgment on the bill over the foiled start to the trip, was promised a manager would get back to me, two weeks later I a guess I’m glad I did t hold my breath.

Wonderful Stay
Our stay at 2035 Homestead was wonderful! Our grandmother had always wanted to visit the Colorado Rockies, and this was the perfect quick getaway in a great location! The condo was so cozy with great views of the mountains and Snake River. There was plenty of space for the four of us and having two bathrooms was great! Communication from SkyRun was clear and the checkin/checkout process was super easy. Great experience all around!
We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house in nice and we had all the amenities that we needed to make it feel like home.I will definitely book again.

Fantastic Gem Nestled in Keystone
A fantastic gem located minutes away from all that Keystone has to offer. The parking was extremely convenient and the complex was very charming. The mountain views in the morning from the living room are exceptional. We stayed here during the winter but I have to imagine that it's equally impressive in the summer.
This condo is a great, comfy, lay on the sofa feel. The views just from the windows are amazing. I wasn't aware that just down the hill from the rear door, is a walking/bilking path that follows a lovely creek with great sitting spots by the water and a few fly fishermen. When we figured out that the coffee pot was broken, the management had a new one to us in 154 minutes. NICE!! Highly recommend. Would be great for kids, too.
This place is absolutely incredible!!!!! It was a wonderful place to stay and play in the snow. We have 3 kids and 1 is still too young to ski or tube but this condo was perfect for them. The kids could put on snow gear and walk out the backyard and play in the snow for hours.
It was absolutely perfect ❤️!!!! Thank you so much for such a great condo. We will definitely be coming back when the toddler can stand on skis😉

Beautiful and clean!
We were blown away by the amazing views! Definitely the best views in Keystone! Our kids loves being able to open the back door and play in the snow. It was very quiet and private. Also, the place as immaculate! It was a lot bigger and nicer in person even! 2035 homestead is definitely our new favorite spot! Weve rented a lot of vacation homes/condos and this was by far the best experience!
Really like the location. No one behind us so great mountain views. No stairs and directly across from pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well appointed.
If you are skiing there is a bus to take you to Mountain House. If you want to get to River Run it's two buses which is a pain and takes forever. I think it's easier to drive to River Run.
Only complaint is that the coffee cups are tiny...we are coffee drinkers.
We would stay here again.

Fun Stay at Homestead
Loved this home right on the river and bike path. Enjoyed the deck, pool and hot tub along with a well stocked kitchen. Will come back again.
The views from this property are beautiful. It is in a great location- we were close to many trails and amenities. The location of the pool was convenient for our kids. It would have been nice to have better lighting in bedrooms and a vacuum to clean while we stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Dated, poor lighting, nice fireplace, needs a thorough cleaning and attention to detail
Same as above. I think it is a bit over priced. Have stayed in over 12 condos in keystone that are better maintained, etc.

Great family ski rental
I stayed in this condo for a ski trip during spring break with my three kids (14, 11, 8). It's great! Space to hang out, watch TV/movies, beautiful views out the back with wall of windows, rustic/mountain interiors, so close to the Keystone shuttle stop, and right across from the pool/hot tub building (major highlight with the kids!). Steps down into the lower "great room" from the kitchen and entry. One king, and two twins were comfortable. The twin pullout bed in the great room, not so much. I shared the king with my youngest. It's an older condo, but we loved it! The heaters were hard to control and could get quite hot/stuffy, so turn down before going to bed. Quick drive into town of Keystone and maybe a 10 min shuttle ride. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome Mountain Feel
This condo was exactly what a mountain condo should look like. Stone with log interrior and an open layout treated our family perfect for our week long ski vacation.
