Private Patio with Scenic Views, Short Walk to Lifts, Shops and Dining!

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a full-sized bunk bed, and a queen-sized Murphy bed. It features a private patio with beautiful views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks, a bench, and closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a smart TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy furniture. Books and board games have been provided by the homeowner for your enjoyment. There is a full-sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in a closet. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views. Exit the patio and walk to the Expedition Station courtyard with pool and hot tub.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there is room for four at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features high ceilings, a king-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, granite countertops, and a shower/tub combination.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Keystone in the summer

There is no better place to stay when you want to enjoy the Rockies in the summer. Close to every activity we were looking to do. Great value! Excellent location. Recommend the pizza in keystone village!

We go to Colorado every year. This condo was incredible. Very clean everyone was really friendly. It was nice to be able to walk out straight to the pool. They even had a festival! We had a great time!!

Great location and unit

It was perfect for our family, we could have easily stayed there longer. There was enough space for our family of 5. Great location with a lot of things to do. The only reason i gave it 4 stars was because the couch had crumbs in it, windows wouldn't wind in, many lights burnt out including the main light in the 2nd bedroom, screen door was broke which would have been nice with the warmer weather we had and main fridge didnt get cold. We were happy there was a second mini fridge to help but could have used the bigger fridge.

Family Stay at Expedition Station

Family Group stayed for a 3 day weekend at this unit at Expedition Station. Ground floor location was excellent, convenient out to the pool/hot tub and not noisy. Short walk to Gondola. Parking situation for one car is great, additional car parking situation is not ideal. The unit was as described in pictures, overall a great layout with good separation between bedrooms and a very nice living/dining/family room and kitchen. Kitchen was good size and overall nice but pots/pans and cooking supplies could use an update. Plenty of nice glasses and plates. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Next door to ski rental. Walking to the shops and restaurants. River Run gondola was very close, allowing the kids to ski and stop in for quick rest. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and steam room. Covered parking was great. They also used the pool table in the common area for some down time. The kitchen had everything we needed, including blender to make smoothies. We ate in for breakfast and lunch, and only ate out for dinner. Fireplace, TV, Heating - all worked as expected. We would most likely rent this place again next year for our family ski trip and would recommend to others.

It’s also close to the main entrance which we loved. The only negative involved the ceiling fan in the bunkbed room. It looked as though it hadn’t been dusted in several years, and we had to place a trash bag over it so someone could sleep in the top bunk without fear of dust, falling all over them during the night. I did take pictures to send to the company. The main refrigerator had issues and needed an ordered part but they quickly provide a mini fridge for our use. We love Keystone and will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property exceeded our expectations. I brought my two teenage sons here for a hiking vacation. It is only 1.5 hours from the Denver Airport. Grabbing the keys from the office was easy, even at 11 PM! The parking garage and the unit were easy to access. We loved that it had three bathrooms with showers, a huge master, a nice guest BR with bunks, and the flip down bed in the living room. All appliances were nice, including a second fridge freezer, and a boot drying rack in the closet. The hot tub and pool are directly off the patio outside the unit! There is also a small climbing rock/wall, poolside pull up bars, and a gym inside. This unit is only a little over one hour from Buena Vista where we zip lined and white water rafted the Numbers. It was only 30 min to Breckenridge and another ten minutes to the trailhead for Quandary Peak. We didn't realize until we were leaving on May 19th that just down the road, Arapahoe Basin was still open for skiing! There are tons of stores and shops down the road in Dillon.

Family Ski Vacation

This condo was amazing!! It was huge and even had 3 full bathrooms. We loved how close it was to the hot tub and pool. We will definitely book this condo again!!

Great location just a 3 minute walk to the main lift, heated outdoor pool and big hot tub with cool people hanging out at it every night. Also, a very short walk to a bunch of restaurants, rental shops, and a grocery/liquor store. Perfect spot!
