Easy access to Keystone lifts with buses or private Toyota vehicles. Staff very nice, specially a mature woman who told us a lot of tips we should have known as we were checking out. Good for next season. Pool nice but crowded on weekends.

Our room was fine until the fire alarm beeped at 6am and continued until 10am. Woke up our family when we wanted to sleep in. This should be handled maintenance wise ahead of time!

Weather conditions made it impossible to make it to the hotel. Management said “sucks to be you” and offered no refund or voucher to come another weekend. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you can guarantee weather will be perfect which is IMPOSSIBL
