"They don’t have anyone on site in case of emergency, like the electronic key fails. And if you left the check in paper in your condo you have no way of contacting them for help. They need a better system!"

"The large blind in the front window was broken so we could not open it to have a view of the lake. The TV in the bedroom was broken. They did respond immediately with a maintenance man, but he could not fix it so we did not have a TV there. the property was clean."
